GUARD THAT HEART!

Proverbs 4:20-23

^{20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. ²¹ Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.²² For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. ²³ Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.}

V23 – Keep – or guard – your heart with all diligence, FOR out of it are the issues of Life.

Another version says, for out of your heart flows the forces of your life.

What comes out of the heart?

Matthew 12:34 tells us, "… out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks."

Matthew 15:10 & 11 (Jesus speaking)

^{10 And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear and understand: ¹¹ Not that which goes into the mouth defiles a man; but that which comes out of the mouth, THIS defiles a man.}

What comes out of a man’s mouth? WORDS.

James 3:2 "For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body."

Amplified version uses "stumble" for "offend" and "control" for "bridle".

Another way of saying this (Larry’s version):

There are many areas we can offend everyone and everything. If a person – regardless of who he or she is – doesn’t sin with his mouth, this person is mature and is ALSO able to manage all those areas or things.

Your words are seeds and, depending on the source (root) of those words, will produce Life-bearing, or Death-bearing, fruit in your life.

Death and Life are in the power (authority) of YOUR tongue. – Proverbs 18:21

Words are powerful. You speak. You confess. YOU speak to whatever mountain in your life and move it! You do it.

Psalm 39:1 "I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep (guard) my mouth with a bridle while the wicked is before me."

The "wicked" spoken here are the angels of the dark-realm – DEMONS in other words. They are pitched listening to your words. Your authorize them, give license to them to go to work against ("bringing forth" - Mt. 12:35) you. When anti–Word-of-God words "flow" (Prov. 4:23) from your mouth… those words are the "seeds" of the kingdom of darkness and they will produce, thereby defiling the person speaking those words.

The opposite of this is also true: When you speak the Word of God – saying the same thing as the Word agreeing with it, you will walk with God (Amos 3:3) and you authorize the angels of the Kingdom of Light to work in your behalf.

Psalm 103:20 "Bless the Lord, ye his angels that excel in strength, that do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word." … and it is YOU that gives voice to His Word. YOU SPEAK it, and the angels of God hearken to that Word and protect and help it to come to pass. Hebrews 1:14 tells us that ALL the angels of God are sent forth and that they are sent forth to minister to the heirs of salvation, and that’s ALL of God’s children.

Death and Life are in the power of YOUR tongue. – Proverbs 18:21

Larry’s version: Death-angels or Life-angels are authorized by your tongue.

You authorize the Law of the Spirit of Life - OR you authorize the Law of Sin and Death (Romans 8:2) in your life and in the various areas of your life. You control the "fruit" of your life by planting one or the other type of seeds from your mouth. Every word you speak is sowing a seed; and seed have but one purpose: HARVEST. "Whatsoever a man sows - that shall he reap" - Galatians 6:7.

Deuteronomy 30:19, God speaking:

"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you that I have set before you Life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore
choose life that both thou and thy seed may live."

Romans 8:2 "For the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus HAS MADE ME FREE from the Law of Sin and Death." (Emphasis added)

The TRUTH of what Jesus procured for us in REDEMPTION is a FACT – a DONE DEAL. I do NOT need to ASK for ANYTHING (that is, anything IN that redemption) that He procured… it’s already secured for me because Jesus became the curse of the Law for me. I only need to receive that benefit … and then enforce it in my life. I do that by commanding (speaking) to the law-breaker (sickness, for example) and arrest it in the Name of Jesus, sending it to where it came from: the kingdom of darkness.

I AM THE LAW-ENFORCER OF MY REDEMPTION

We have substituted prayer for speaking the Word. There are some things that we do not need to pray about… we already have them. Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy…(John 10:10), well, in order for him to steal from you - YOU MUST HAVE IT. Can't steal something one does not have. Speak the Word, enforce the Law of the Spirit of Life in your life!

Let the Redeemed of the Lord – SAY SO!

Jesus OBTAINED my REDEMPTION.
I am the one who MAINTAINS that REDEMPTION!
(by being the Law-Enforcer of my Life)

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. ~Isaiah 54:17

I condemn; I cast down; I take authority over every tongue (voice) that raises itself against me as I am in the Kingdom of God,
an heir of God, and my righteousness is of God!

The Kingdom of God is IN You... Keep that Kingdom clean and darkness-free - speak the Word only.

The Authority of the Believer is the Word of their King spoken
over the circumstances against that Kingdom!
