Isaiah 59:19 (KJV)

So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. (emphasize, mine)

Malachi 3:10 (KJV)

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. (emphasize, mine)

2 Samuel 5:20 (KJV)

And David came to Baal-perazim, and David smote them there, and said, The LORD hath broken forth upon mine enemies before me, as the breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baal-perazim. (emphasize, mine)

2 Samuel 5:20 (New Living Translation)

So David went to Baal-perazim and defeated the Philistines there. "The LORD has done it!" David exclaimed, "He burst through my enemies like a raging flood!" So David named that place Baal-perazim (which means "the Lord who bursts through"). (emphasize, mine)

In Isaiah 59:19, the comma after "flood" should not be there… I believe it should be after the part "when the enemy shall come in". Whenever or wherever the enemy comes in (comma), (and he comes but to kill, steal, or destroy [John 10:10]), the Comforter – the Holy Spirit – rushes (or bursts) like a floodlike a raging flood – via the windows (floodgates) of Heaven and blesses (preserves, protects, delivers) US!
